Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times can extend during peak seasons or sales.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
  • Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only):
    • We offer both standard and expedited shipping options within the United States:
      • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
      • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination within the U.S. and will be determined at checkout.
Tracking Information
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to be updated by the courier.
Damaged or Lost Items
  • If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If you discover damage after accepting delivery, contact us within 3 days for assistance.
